Qualification: 
1. Native speakers from UK,USA, Canada,Australia and New Zealand etc. would be preferential. 
2. Candidates should have graduated at least 2 years with bachelor’s degree or above. 
3. Candidates should be 20-45 years old. 
4. Contract duration is 1 year with China statutory holidays. 
5. Candidates should have English Teaching Certificate (e.g. TEFL) or major in language studying. 

Job duty: 
1. Working hour: 40 hours per week (17-23 teaching hour, the rest of time is office time) 
2. Student age: 2 -8 years old 
3. Class Size: no more than 8 students 

Payroll and benefits: 
1. Monthly salary: 10000-17000RMB based on working experience 
2. Holidays: public holiday, annual vacation etc. 
3. Two days off but not on weekends 
4. Flight allowance: 8000RMB after one year contract. 
5. Bonus: 5000RMB after one year contract
